Taxation of Swiss real estate

Our tax experts support you as a property owner or as a company with an operationally used property or investment property with the cantonal and communal taxation of the property and advise you on the applicable property gains tax and transfer taxes and prepare the corresponding declarations. We have extensive practical experience in the following areas in particular:

  • Advice, calculation of the tax burden and preparation of the declarations for the sale of a Swiss property. We take into account all possible cantonal regulations such as the application of the replacement purchase and special tax reliefs (such as pension rate taxation in the canton of Solothurn) when preparing the tax return for the purposes of property gains tax.
